Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackThe Monterey Bay Aquarium does it again! That is quite the comprehensive listing of seafood recommendations. The biggest surprise for me was that farmed salmon should be avoided in favor of wild-caught due to the dubious practices and waste involved with salmon farming. For most other seafood that I looked at, the farmed variety is normally good or best (interestingly they say to avoid imported caviar–The Caviar House in Geneva which sells exclusively European and Iranian caviar would disagree with this).
