New Rosetta OSIRIS Images of Mars

The European Space Agency’s (ESA’s) spacecraft Rosetta is on a mission to rendezvous with Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko, but along the way, it will visit other astronomical bodies, such as Mars.

Astronaut Picture of the Earth’s Atmosphere

An ISS Astronaut took a picture of the edge of Earth’s atmosphere last summer, in which one can see the beautiful transition from the outermost gaseous layer to the vacuum of space.
